2.3 These Terms shall be read alongside the jl75 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.4 jl75 reserves the right to require re-acceptance of updated Terms as a condition of continued Platform access. Failure to accept updated Terms may result in restriction of Account functionality pending resolution.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an active jl75 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
3.2 jl75 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend Account access pending verification. Providing false information to establish eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) Account on the jl75 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where jl75 identifies multiple Accounts held by or on behalf of the same individual, all such Accounts may be suspended pending investigation and any balances may be forfeited.
4.2 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued ID, your registered Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
4.3 KYC Requirements. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, jl75 requires full KYC verification. Accepted documents include: Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, LTO Driver's License, UMID (SSS/GSIS), PRC ID, and Voter's ID. Barangay IDs and informal identification documents are not accepted. A live selfie photograph taken while holding the presented ID is also required.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. jl75 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. You must notify jl75 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jl75 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.
4.5 Non-Transferability. Your jl75 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, gifted, or shared with any other person under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an Account or Account balances constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl75 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), USDT (Tether), and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). For USDT transactions, conversion to PHP is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jl75 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods and will communicate any changes through the Platform.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for fully KYC-verified Accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PST. Large withdrawals (amounts at jl75's discretion) may be subject to additional compliance review before processing.
5.4 Withdrawal to Verified Accounts Only. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment account used for deposit or, where applicable, to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the verified jl75 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension and/or reporting to the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council).
5.6 Transaction Fees. jl75 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside jl75's control. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment providers.

6.1 jl75 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, cashback programs, free bets, or other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Players. Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions ("Promotion Terms") published on the Platform at the time the Promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable Promotion Terms. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn. jl75 will clearly display the applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each active Promotion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. jl75 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting errors in promotional logic, using low-variance betting patterns specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, participating in Promotions using multiple Accounts, or colluding with other Players to systematically claim Promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, jl75 may void Bonus Funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from abusive activity, and/or suspend the Account.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds expire after the period specified in the applicable Promotion Terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to review Promotion Terms including expiry dates at the time of claiming a Promotion.
6.5 jl75 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Players who have claimed the Promotion in accordance with its terms prior to any such amendment.
7.1 Each game available on the jl75 Platform is governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing bets. The placing of a bet constitutes acceptance of the applicable game rules.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game or table carries minimum and maximum bet limits as displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game type, table variant, and Player tier. jl75 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or system error affecting a game round, jl75 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. The rules and decisions of live casino dealers are final in the event of any dispute not covered by these Terms. 7.5 Voided Rounds. jl75 reserves the right to void any game round where there is evidence of: system interference, unauthorized modification of game data, collusion between Players, or any other form of manipulation. Voided rounds result in the return of all stakes to Players' Accounts.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl75 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and/or referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:
8.2 jl75 employs fraud detection systems that monitor Platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Players reasonably suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Accounts suspended pending investigation without prior notice.
9.1 Closure by Player. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting jl75 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your PHP Wallet (after deducting any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.
9.2 Closure by jl75. jl75 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account at its discretion in the event of: breach of these Terms; regulatory directive; detection of fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) months.
9.3 Balance on Closure for Cause. Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms (including fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct), jl75 may void and forfeit all or part of the Account balance, including any winnings, pending further investigation. Such decisions are subject to review upon written request by the affected Player.
9.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive months are classified as dormant. jl75 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Player via registered email before applying dormancy. Dormant account balances are preserved and remain accessible upon account reactivation, subject to identity re-verification.

12.3 jl75 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or malicious code. Access to the Platform may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond jl75's reasonable control, including Acts of God, telecommunications outages, and regulatory directives.
12.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk. jl75 does not guarantee any outcome of any game and accepts no liability for losses incurred through lawful gameplay conducted in accordance with these Terms.

15.4 Jurisdiction. For any matter requiring judicial resolution, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
